A1 course provides the development of basic speaking, writing, reading and cultural awareness skills that will enable you to successfully handle a variety of simple tasks in straightforward social situations. You will be able to communicate on some very familiar topics using single words and phrases that you have practiced and memorized – basic personal information, basic objects, and a limited number of activities, preferences, and immediate needs (greetings, introductions, time of the time of day, talk about daily schedule, etc.).

A2.2 course advances the development of basic speaking, writing, reading, and cultural awareness skills. Interactive classroom activities focus on practicing everyday Romanian and will ultimately enable you to successfully handle a variety of tasks in straightforward social situations. You will be able to describe daily routines; find prospects for a new job; engage in conversations about cultural diversity; discuss health, physical conditions, and survival needs; express emotions, wishes, doubts, and certainty; talk further in-depth about passions, hobbies, and leisure activities; invite someone to a restaurant; order food; discuss about food; make travel arrangements; obtain information about people and things; make purchases; talk about relationships; express and react to opinions; narrate in the past and in the future.
