A1 course provides the development of basic speaking, writing, reading and cultural awareness skills that will enable you to successfully handle a variety of simple tasks in straightforward social situations. You will be able to communicate on some very familiar topics using single words and phrases that you have practiced and memorized – basic personal information, basic objects, and a limited number of activities, preferences, and immediate needs (greetings, introductions, time of the time of day, talk about daily schedule, etc.).

| A2.2 course advances the development of basic speaking, writing, reading, and cultural awareness skills. Interactive classroom activities focus on practicing everyday Romanian and will ultimately enable you to successfully handle a variety of tasks in straightforward social situations. You will be able to describe daily routines; find prospects for a new job; engage in conversations about cultural diversity; discuss health, physical conditions, and survival needs; express emotions, wishes, doubts, and certainty; talk further in-depth about passions, hobbies, and leisure activities; invite someone to a restaurant; order food; discuss about food; make travel arrangements; obtain information about people and things; make purchases; talk about relationships; express and react to opinions; narrate in the past and in the future.
